I noticed another thing:

If you go to your account at the top of the screen (right to the left of "SUPPORT", and look at the menu, there's now a "Redeem a code" option that believe wasn't there before.

I think it was? Or is my mind playing tricks now?

As for changing usernames, that's going to make things confusing on here...

Yup! I've seen a few alt accounts trolling the forum this month already changing their names. 30 days is way too generous. It should be at least 90 days.

You can only make the change once every 30 days.
Are they revamping accounts or something? I wonder why this isn't like built into the existing account system?

They are very likely making big changes associated with Galaxy 2.0 as we haven't seen an update for that since December.

Maybe new profile and account pages?

My guess is they're trying to free support resources as much as they can. And it is built into existing account system. Orders & Settings -> Account and Locale -> Change button in avatar section.

Ah okay that is a weird design choice, would have been better to separate that and had a change button next to name.

I agree about that, placement of that button doesn't suggest you can change your nickname with it. But it's the GOG way I suppose. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That will make some people angry.
I've just had an aha moment. If they're updating 1.2 to 2.0, that suggests 2.0 is going out of beta and should get an official release soon, right?
I imagine the plan was to have it ready along with Cyberpunk (the original release date). Then a slight virus delay and this is it.
GeForce NOW will be connecting with GOG in the future granting access to at least Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, more details coming later:
