hello everyone, i'm coming to you because i bought cyberpunk2077 on instant gaming, and when i entered the code in gog an error occurred and then i managed to enter the code. but now i have a problem, the game doesn't appear in my library and if i enter the code i'm told that i already own the game, so i can't install it, and above all i haven't heard from support for 4 days even though i try to contact them every day.

If you want 2077, buy it from GOG. Don't buy it from Joe's Discount Grey Market Emporium. Congratulations. You just supported crime and terrorists.

Just how much cheaper was in instant gaming? Was it worth the following hassle...? Spend your money wisely.

Instant Gaming is not an official gOg key seller, which means it is a grey market key seller. This means that the key you bought comes from somewhere else then from gOg. This can be key-reselling, stolen keys or keys bought with stolen credit cards. If these keys come from stolen creditcards or from stolen keys, those keys are likely to be revoken and will not work.

the only thing you can do now, is to go back to Instant Gaming and demand a refound.

I don't know, but when I contacted instant gaming, they told me that the problem was with gog because the key simply works. I was told that I already own the game, but I don't.

and i get no help from gog support who doesn't answer me.

OK, I admit that's quite a difference! But still, I wouldn't buy from site like these. Maybe you could wait for a next GOG's discount sale. I only buy games when on a large discount.

i already buy and this plateform several time and i never have probleme, its was on steam and epic, i'm unlucky with gog. thank you for advice and I'm going to check it out.

and do you know why support hasn't responded for 4 days? it says less than 24 hours reaction time.

I don't know, but it's a moot point anyway.

GOG isn't going to help you with a key that you bought from an unofficial key reseller.

If it still doesn't appear, it might be that CDPR revoked your key because it was obtained through fraudulent methods. Publishers always have the right to revoke any keys that weren't obtained legitimately. Then you'll have to talk to Instant Gaming support. Hopefully you get your money back.

If you want to avoid any troubles in the future, pay on the actual platforms Steam/Epic/GOG or authorized resellers like Humble Bundle, IndieGala, Fanatical, GMG, etc. You cannot trust grey market sites because you never know how the keys were obtained.

Is this the account you've redeemed the key with? If so, you could try to refresh your account. You could also download GOG Galaxy and see whether it shows up in the client.
