XYCat: Porn parodies are a common thing since porn industry started so it's not such a big deal. However, I'm kinda wondering what exactly is he planning since he's running it through kickstarter. The studio he works for gave him money for his porn parodies countless times.
Well it's sort of a big deal because the parody money dried up a couple years ago after too many hack job releases in an industry already struggling to stay afloat. Plus, although Axel left Vivid a couple years ago for the greener pastures of Wicked films, even they don't have the money to fund the sort of films Axel likes to make.
Hell, their biggest release last year (after Batman vs Superman XXX), was Stormy Daniels excellent western Wanted, and it was still a fraction of the budget of what Axel is proposing here.
