I've been playing for a while, only level 11 because I like to poke around everywhere in Elder Scrolls games and Provisions seems to be a impossible skill to improve without stealing or getting into a good trading guild.
The recipes I've found so far can be counted on the fingers of one hand. It's fucking ridiculous. I need tips here...

Oh and another fucking ridiculous thing is the reason I'm posting this here of all places.
Apparently you can't post on steams discussion group for it if you don't own it (I have it for PS4.) and the official forum on http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/ tell me I need a invitiation when I try to register there. What the hell is this crap?
