I don't have all the elements and naturally, there's the language barrier but apparently, the shooter burst in the commercial center, opened fire on people and then escaped which is a bit weird as the usual modus operandi of terrorists is rather to stay and kill the maximum of people.

I wanted simply underline that this attack COULD not be related to the previous one. Even if I believe it actually is.
