Ahahahahaha, ohh fuck! German authorities are now procecuting the Bavarian dude who yelled obscenities at the shooter. Because he used racial slurs towards someone with an immigrant background and that's a big no-no in Germany, even if said person with an immigrant background carries a Glock 9mm and is about to spill your Weisswurst-filled guts all over the pavement.

Short: Unknown reported him to the police, Prosecutor found out the clip was after the shooting and might potentially stopped more killing instead of initially thought before the killing and made the killer kill more which is why he dropped that.

Thank you for posting this! Thank God for some sanity! Sad thing is, I expected this would happen and some cunt would press charges and try to accuse this guy of having egged the shooter into killing more people. However, I didn't expect the German state attourneys to not play along with this charade. This is really good news.

It's a common procedure, if somebody reports something not legal it has to be handled the same way no matter if it's true, wrong or there are special circumstances because the police isn't allowed to decide about it, only a judge can.
