stephenzybert: so i installed the game it worked great until the following morning. it has no sound now and ive tried to verify/ repair, that didnt work. ive tried uninstalling then reinstalling, that didnt work. ive looked at self helps and the ones understood didnt help. nothing short of uninstalling the gog galaxy and the game seems to work but the same problem persists after i open the game for the second time after playing it for a while

Tallima: Toee is not a game you want to play with Galaxy. The original game had literally thousands of bugs and each install could show different bugs.

Download and install the offline installer.

Then, you have options.

If you just want to play it, download and install temple plus. https://templeplus.org/

If you want to play on the original engine but with lots of fixes and additional content, use Circle of 8. https://co8.org/community/

If you want the original, on-disc experience, then play away. But you may not always have an enjoyable experience. But you often will. In your case, a reinstall may fix your sounds. Or you may need to be sure your audio output is set to the correct output (be sure not headphones if you're using your speakers).

Good luck! It's one if my favorite turn based games. Divinity Original Sin 2 beats it finally, but it has stood the test of time.
