Hello, tell me what support mail is currently relevant and what is the average response time according to your experience?

I wrote to the support team on August 14, they gave me an application number and nothing more.

I have already had experience when 5 of my applications were not answered for a year until I wrote to help@gog.com. Does this mail still work?
Not aware of that address ever being the right one, but who knows, might have been.
Afaik it's support@gog.com but best bet is the contact form (but see the button at the top in case the request is for a refund).
Response time can be anything, days, weeks, never if they either assume the issue was resolved directly or you're too harsh. But as long as you have that message confirming receiving the message and assigning a request number, you can reply to that e-mail to politely ask for follow ups if there's nothing after, say, more than a week. Or immediately if you receive the satisfaction survey, which indicates that the issue was closed, when from your point of view it shouldn't have been.

Edit: But just FYI, if your location is correct and the problem is being unable to purchase or in some cases even redeem games, that's not a bug, it's very much intentional.

No, the problem is not problems with buying, you are not very good at guessing.

Anyway, thank you for your reply.
