I have two tickets open for weeks without any information on progress. Tickets numbers are 1274138 and 1273812. Is there any way to get help on those requests?
Unfortunately, having to wait weeks for a support response is normal. If it's an urgent issue, you can try sending a polite message with your support ticket to a staff member like ponczo_.
To be able to send messages, you must first change your privacy settings to allow messages from everyone.

You know what I find ridiculous? I applied for a refund the other day. It was processed within 24 h with a friendly reminder that there was a sale going at the time. Meanwhile, I keep seeing posts of people that have to wait for weeks on end without a response. Shouldn't support work on first come first served basis?

Support Tickets normally get sorted

Something like a refund that can be done in minutes goes into one pile

more complex into another pile

and "This is going to take some time" go into another

I've seen some say a wallet refund took only a few hours, while others have had to wait 2 weeks. Refunds to other payment methods seem as slow as regular support tickets, meaning 5+ weeks wait time.

Tickets should be sorted first by urgency, then they should be handled in chronological order. Based the numerous people locked out of their accounts having to wait 4 weeks or more, GOG support could use better triage in addition to more staff.

Since we started Easter weekend today, and since GOG is a company situated in Poland (= hardcore catholic country) , I can predicrt already, that you better don't expect anything to happen before next Tuesday.

So GoG has piles ?. Maybe that's something the doctor should be notified about...
