Is there a way to contact tech support and communicate with an actual human being instead of going through that frustrating automated routine? I have an issue with a game, and was asked to attach a diagnostic report. I did this, but the automated chat bot kept asking me to post the diagnostic report, over and over again. How can I communicate with a tech support person? Thank you.

Supposedly the chatbot asks for your e-mail address after repeatedly failing to answer your question. If you can't get that to work, try the directions in the second half of this post:

Yes, I've also sent them a support email and unfortunately they couldn't answer yet.
So it's not only with you. Let's be patient, they must be full of an infinite number of requests for many things right now. :)

The problem I am having relates to the game Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure. I bought the game a long time ago for my iMac, and then didn't play it for ages. Since I bought it, I have a new iMac which only plays 64-bit games. This game is 32-bit, so I can't play it on my iMac. I have Parallels installed on my iMac, so I thought if I bought the game from Parallels, I could play it, because 32-bit games can be played on Parallels. The problem arose when I got this message saying that the game was already in my Library. Don't know whether this meant my iMac Library or my Parallels Library. Can't find the game at all when I'm in PC mode. So basically I'm wondering how I can download the game onto my computer when I am in PC mode. I paid for the game, and if I can't download it, then I guess I'll ask for a refund. Thanks for any suggestions.

Neither. It's referring to your GOG library, which you should be able to access from your Account page on the website:

People have been saying statements like that about GOG support for the last year or two, how they are overwhelmed for right now, and strongly implying the situation will get better soon...yet apparently it never does.

How long is that excuse, that they are only temporarily behind, supposed to be valid for? All of eternity?

You can download the game from your account, here in the web page, go to your user and in the display menu go to "Games" just serch for the game and download the offline installer.

I don't answer for them, and, yes, you're right, unfortunately..
..Since Im waiting, why not wait with patience instead of complaining? That's my line of thought.
But Im glad that KetobaK could help Janiek.

Because your line is tired. Are you going to say the same thing 2 years from now? Just be patient? Define patience.
Patience has limits. People were saying this 2 years ago, ergo, your comment isn't needed.

I don't agree with you about everything, but credit where it's due, this is spot on. After Cyberpunk launched, they got overwhelmed and behind. The brunt of that died down, and yet it seems as though they are getting farther behind. That's just not good sign, nor should it be acceptable from a consumer industry. The consumer is first, second and third.
