Hi all y'all, fellas.:D

Does anyone knows good synthwave channels on youtube and/or Soundcloud, that are not involved in some shady schemes described here https://twitter.com/nightride_fm/status/1461497979458580480?

I've been following some composers and channels, but I have feeling I already listened to everything there is. That's not that bad, but I think there are far more people, creating music in this genre, yet youtube throws some raw garbage at me, that not even remotely "wave".

Some of those I've been listening to (in alphabetic order):
Asthenic, Astral Throb, Neon.Deflector, New Retro Wave, Odysseus, Retro Electric Music, Sequencer (not 100% synthwave), SoulSearchAndDestroy (ditto), SynthWave City, Synthwave Gems, The 80's Guy, ThePrimeThanatos, Virtua Waves.

Thanks.:)
low rated
Synthwave compilations/mixes like thanatos are piss, but for whatever reason the normies can't get enough of it and consume those instead of the actual artists' tracks/albums.

Polychora usually has some pretty niche stuff but has EP's and albums too. Not sure if they are pre approved or anything like that but he posts a lot of stuff I wouldn't hear of otherwise with all the pertinent links and information.

Unfortunately most don't use youtube, and the ones that do aren't that active. These tend to post more often.

He-he, not sure If I qualify as "normie". :D
Mixes are subject to and of taste, because sometimes they sort of follow a certain "theme" or "motif", and sometimes they look like drunken WinAmp shuffle of a cement mixer, jackhammer, and a bandsaw, playing out of synch. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ On the other hand, they are fairly decent as "blanket cover" to find composers you like. At least it worked for me, I found Turbo Knight, Timecop1983, Marver83, FM Attack, Cassetter (not sure if number of 's' and 't' is correct), Zayaz...
All other names you mentioned are not known for me, hereby many thanks. Going to listen them now.

Well, those two ways of searching for new music are still work, so I'm kinda limited right now.
If you already haven't, you should check out Groupees bundles.

They have often synthwave music bundles, in fact just recently their Synthwave Bundle 22 just ended (meaning there were 21 before that, and some other bundles not part of that series have similar music as well).

You may be able to find some people trading past bundles on Groupees site, and if all else fails, you can just google those past 22 bundles to see what artists have been bundled there before.
The best synthwave piece (with very well stolen samples) is:

Hello,

I recommend going directly to the artists by browsing all synthwave releases on Bandcamp.

No, I haven't. Somehow I totally missed that opportunity.
And now most trans-border payment methods are not available, at least my Visa is disabled, as well as PayPal. Haven't used AliPay once, in fact, I never heard of it prior now, believe it or not.

But I'll try to look into it, thanks for the hint.

This reminds me of one thing. Not a synthwave, but still, iconic in local areas.

Surprisingly, I haven't seen that page, only pages for particular composers/performers/albums. That's narrow-sightedness, lol.:D
Thanks, bud, much appreciated.
