I tried convincing the Tremblay Bros. to re-release the original SNES game on GOG, but they said they don't have the rights to the games (but I'm sure enough votes on GOG could make that change). Here is the Community Wishlist page for SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron-

Interesting, I'm more interested in the goodies than the actual product though.

Interested to see how this turns out.

Loved Loved Loved! The series when I saw it all those years ago. Cartoon Network was the shit.
Everything is being brought back nowadays. Which is cool, especially shows that never ended properly. I haven't seen or heard of Swat Kats before but I might check it out sometime.
If I remember right, that SNES game was kind of terrible.

I loved the series, though, and would definitely watch it if they brought it back. A feature-length film would be awesome, too.

Well... there isn't (and probably won't be) a PC version of the game, and GOG doesn't sell console emulated ROMs, so, I don't see that much point in voting for it, myself.

As for the Kickstarter, that's great news, I loved the series as a kid, one of my favourite cartoons ever, and it would be nice if they could bring it back, even though the actual funding for producing *one* episode is still a bit steep, in my opinion. Still, considering they're the original creators, if they manage to bring the series back, I'm definitely going to love it!
I wonder, would they be willing to distribute Swat Kats Revolution through GOG? The video section of the site needs something that goes beyond the current fare.

Steam does, though.

Biggest problem with GOG right now. Steam has been getting console ROMs and ISOs such as games from NES, Genesis, and PS1 for a while. GOG needs to step up their game.

Where? Steam sell only games that are distributed on the PC. There are no ROMs there.
Now we just need a Pirates of Darkwater kickstarter and my childhood will be saved!

They are ROMs/ISOs bundled with emulators as a Steam executable. Look up Console Classics and Mobile Light Force, Sol Divide, N2O: Nitrous Oxide, and Buggy.
