I raised a ticket a while ago and got an email with a link to the ticket, except when I click the link it show me the attached image, which says "Oops The Page you were looking for doesn't exist You may have mistyped the address of the page may have moved"

I've also tried replying to the automated email to let them know, but haven't had a response (and don't really expect to get one that way).

Replying to them by email doesn't seem to work. Per JackknifeJohnson's reply to my topic, you could try going to (support.gog.com/hc/requests/ [ticket#]). and manually inputting the ticket number. Then check the status if it doesn't say open then add a reply there. .

Mine still said waiting for your reply even though I had replied by email.
