So i sent a ticket to support 2 days ago. How long do it usually takes to get a response?

Should take about 2 business days, but it also depends on the workload and priorities they set (purchase issues are prioritised).

So if you submitted your ticket over the weekend, give it another day, then reply to the automated email you got. If you didn't get one, your ticket didn't go through, and you should make another try.

If you're having a tech issue with a game, you could post here or in the game forum; perhaps the community can help.

Allright, i am going to wait a couple of more days for a response from support, since i got the automated email. Not really that urgent, i was just kinda impacient.
