How long does it take for a support answer? I sent a ticket eight days ago, and outside email confirming there is no information from them.

Usual support time is 2 business days, though in periods of high ticket volume (major releases, major features etc) it may take longer. 8 days does seem excessive, so I'd suggest asking Firek about it.

12 days and nothing... Ok, I understand that they can be busy, but that is a little bit too much...
And yes, I sent a message to Firek , and also no respond... I suggest to hire more people for the support.

in my book one of the best support regimes in existence atm maybe only bested by EA since you can call them ..or better said since they can call you and you actually talk to someone who's senior and not some dumb just migrated arabic sounding person on the mail like SEGA did .......
