I'm afraid things are rather slow support-wise at the moment. The best thing to do is wait. I've had a ticket for the missing blue dots for nine days now.

Like drrhodes mentioned, it looks like Support has been completely swamped recently. Still, you should receive an automatic response after you submitted your ticked. Perhaps it was filtered out by a spam filter?
Nothing in Spam. I haven't received the automated message. I'll wait and see what happens

That doesn't bode well. I'd create another ticket, just to be sure. I don't know if you were logged in or if you typed in your email address, but it's possible you made a typo and they can't contact you.

Unfortunately I was unable to find any ticket written by you. Have you perhaps used a different account or email?

Yeah you should get an email like instantly ,when you make the support ticket .
