Hi all,

I have a question regarding the games that were promised to customers who purchased certain dollar amounts of product during the Summer sale (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky, SimCity 2000, etc): when are these going to be added to customer libraries?

The reason I'm asking is because I spent over $20 during the Summer sale, and as of yet have had no free games added to my library.

You should have received an email with a gift code.

You should have received an e-mail with a link (and a code) to redeem the game. Maybe the emails are in spam and if you do not find them, contact support.

OK, I'm contacting support about this. I have e-mails from GOG, just not the one with the gift codes. Thanks!

The email will contain the subject line: "Game unlocked! Your free 2015 DRM-free Summer Sale game is here."

After a bit of digging, I actually found the e-mails (this happened right after I contacted support, so I ended up canceling my support request). Apparently, these e-mails were sent from a different address than the normal GOG e-mails, and thus got deposited in a different folder by my spam filter. But yeah, that is what the subject line looked like.

Nope. The free bonus games from the summer sale do not appear there.
