WinterSnowfall: Second try...

[Have] Spelunky
[Have] Giants: Citizen Kabuto ... from can't remember when.

(Still) [Want] The impossible (aka the highly improbable)
avatar
JunglePredator: Well you gave me a game so if you want I'll try & be your friend.
(note: it's highly improbable you'll actually like me.)
Appreciate the thought, but I hardly spend much time around here anyway. I'm not such a likable person myself believe it or not, so I'll be sure to frown at you whenever I see you around from now on :P.

Now, does anybody want those bloody games?

Evil_Genious: NOW I know why Steam's top. GOG's community is toxic xP
avatar
Lexor: ... maybe because Steam community is "random one" (aka no one cares) and GOG community is.. well, community?
When you enter the room you should say hello if anyone is inside, also if you don't really know them should you ask them to order you some pizza?
This isn't a "Hello, how are you?" thread, it's a Clearinghouse Thread. And are you even on Steam?

I have them but let me say anyone not interested in Giants needs to give up gaming and throw out their PC! :P

That game is a classic!

almabrds: Oh, you're just a troll, I should've guessed...
avatar
Evil_Genious: No, you high reputation people who hang out in EVERY SINGLE THREAD preying on the noob's are the trolls. Doesn't mean I don't like GOG, I just now know why everyone say's the things they do about it x)
That's not it at all.
You have to have posts that are:
a) Helpful
b) Interactive
c) Humorous
d) Not rude (unless it's clear you're making a joke... for instance my last 2 posts might be considered rude by some however I believe TinyE would have no problems calling me out if he was actually bothered & hence the posts are generally ignored by others)

With out those your rep growth will be 1 per post; having one or 2 rep & a join date of this time period kind of indicates you're one of the many scammers using an alternate account.
Take my account for instance: I have a low rep of only a hundred and fifty or so even though I've been on GOG since around 2009.
That's because until recently I wasn't posting as much because I don't fully trust GOG as a store after their whole "we're shutting down" bull they pulled. I've only recently started posting more because a couple things caught my attention. (Also I'm supporting DRM free a bit more after loosing about 60 or so games to Gamestop shutting down the impulse store, Direct2Drive being sold 4 times & bloody Desura not accepting my password.) You however went right to one that gives things for free which indicates you might be actually familiar with the forums.
However I could probably get a boost to my rep by starting a game software support thread.... such as explaining all the different Glide & Direct3D wrappers there are... I haven't see such a thread off hand (though there's many I haven't seen) & since it'd be helpful to have a review of the 9 or 10 wrappers you can use on old games I'd probably accumulate rep faster.

My "hello" was metaphoric. You should first participate for some time on forum, make some conversations... Let others know you are fine member of the community, not just the one who's asking for freebies on the first day. Do you understand me now? And no, I'm not on Steam for many reasons.

Fairfox: Toxic... TERROR. I need green hair, except no.
A green haired fox might look kinda cool.
Cruel to the fox however.

I just joined yesterday, that's why I have low rep, and someone pointed me to this thread and I thought it was cool (sorry you don't feel the same, why are you here again?). You can think whatever you want of me, but I didn't come here for a fight (though I can finish it), you guys started that.

Dunno. Think it means he thinks of himself as physically strong & bullyish.

Off note... you saying you don't like how guys smell? :-p

Evil_Genious:
The general etiquette here is that you don't ask for games without participating in the community since we have a problem with people making accounts just to take games. If you don't want a fight go participate in discussions get to know some people, and come back another time.

Fairfox: Men smell like bacon and... oil. Or possibly oil and then bacon. Either way, there's a deffo bacon-y, oil-y smell going on with y'all, especially Summer-tiemz.
Well I'll be pleased to note I doubt I smell like either.

Also, can you show me where the rules and guidelines section (like Steam has) for the forums is? I couldn't seem to find it.

Then you can't talk about something you know nothing about.
