phaolo: Scammers and trolls took over the forum since many months.
They use fake accounts and probably scripts too.
I've been MIA since winter time last year, so I guess it's better to learn about this stuff later than never

BTW. Did you do anything special to tick those scammer off or is just a new norm? And one more question if I may, how many people are affeceted?

How come so many comments got rated low?
This is only a guess, but there a lot of people really pissed that we aren't giving our codes out to just anyone.

I define a leech as someone who only comes in here to ask for stuff; never partakes in the forum and never offers anything. Well, I've been getting a lot of PMs from these folks asking for my codes (and I know you all have too) and I can imagine when we tell them to stuff it they get pissed and go to war with the whole thread.

Of course that's just a theory. :P

The first affected have been those who reported scammers and who alerted other users.
Now they attack people also just for trolling.

Sorry to hear that, this has always been a great and generous community. People have gifted me a few games over the past years, and I always appreciated it very much.
I always had the problem of deciding whom to gift a game, so I liked the BBBBBoB idea from Fox & Sachys a lot. There you could really give your codes and they would find a nice new owner

Edit: Since I started this topic, cca. 10 mins ago, if I've become a victim of down-voting as well. Now this is just ridiculous

But yeah, I see this time people are more cautious in giving away keys compared to last sale

Probably just bitter & want to make other people upset cause they want everyone to be like them.
But I've worked in retail... there's nothing they can do to really bother me.
