When I attempted to buy the welcome pack in Gwent it gives me an error after I try to purchase it with my debit card and says I need to contact my bank etc. (there shouldn't be anything wrong on that end, and I have no issues elsewhere), I also get this same error when I attempt to buy dollars for my Wallet inside GOG Galaxy.

Anyone know what causes this, and/or how to fix it?

Contact GOG Support if the payment was done.
Since you did not provide error message and/or screenshots, community members can not help you much.

It may be an issue with your bank. Many banks block foreign transactions unless you all then to allow those transactions. Call them up, ask for a day or overseas transactions, and then progress.

You may also be able to put some money into PayPal and purchase that way.

Or paysafe.

Well, Paysafe is the best option, I think.
I've checked with the bank, no payment came through and the bank isn't blocking any relevant foreign transactions (unless payment through GOG is marked as coming from Asia, which I highly doubt xD ).
(I also cannot click the 'help' button, as the 'friends' button is blocking it...)

Sending a ticket through support now, for later I'll try to purchase through a different computer or dust of my old paypall account and see if that works.

Thanks for your time folks.
And for some clarity, this is the error message:

" SOMETHING WENT WRONG
AndersEnge, Your payment attempt was declined by your bank because they require your confirmation, or additional information from you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
Contact your bank's customer service center and confirm that you wish to make a transaction with "www.gog.com" or "GOG Limited". Afterwards, please try using your card again.
Use a different payment source, if possible, like a different card, or PayPal.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT ATTEMPT RESTRICTED, AND WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
Your bank might automatically reject all international/overseas transactions (we're based in Europe), unless they get your personal approval.
You might have exceeded the daily/weekly limit of online payments with your card.
In both cases, you need to contact your bank's customer service center, if you wish to use this card on our site."

I've never had this issue before, neither on GOG nor any other site/shop, and I've also checked with the bank (online) and there shouldn't be an issue. (The last time I made a purchase on GOG was for Gwent Thronebreaker, about 1 & a half month ago.)
