Still no credit - i have emailed support

Right... erm,
I have £6.50 store credit and wish to purchase a game. The particular one is $14.99

When I go to the checkout, it asks for my card number etc.

I see no box in order to use my store credit :s

I'm rather confused. Can anyone help?
My store credit runs out soon so I obviously want to use it but am not sure how. I didn't find the FAQ helpful at all I'm afraid.

You can only use credit of the same currency that you're currently set to use. If you gained credit in British Pounds, you cannot use the credit if you're trying to make a purchase in US Dollars (and even if you switch currency to USD, you'll still pay the British regional price, if applicable).

Look near the footer of the store pages (ie. not forum or account) and you'll see a menu where you can switch currency. You should also be able to switch at your account settings, though I don't know which of the mentioned two settings that take precedence.

I edited the post to mention where you can change currency, but I guess you already know that by your answer. Another note though; this also means that you can have store credit in multiple currencies - if you make two purchases with different currencies and which both give credit, you'll have two credits that cannot be used in the same purchase.

Well, how do I know in what currency I have been given store credit? My two currency options are EUR and USD. I have made purchases in EUR , but the money on my card is in an entirely different currency, so could that be causing an issue?
Also, does store credit work on discounted bundles? Maybe I'm not eligible for it?
