I didn't even know this was up and coming until I saw it was getting a (not delayed for once) PC release. Hopefully, the GOG release, which is practically guaranteed with Steamworld Dig & Heist being here, won't see as much of a wait time like its predecssors.

I hope it means that Heist 2 will happen eventually too. Dig doesn't look interesting to me at all, but I'm playing Heist right now and I'm loving it.

I really hope we get it here, but from what I'm seeing all of the official sources only mention Steam as far as the PC version goes. Steamworld Heist didn't show up here until it had been on Steam for about half a year, which doesn't inspire confidence for a day-one GOG release.

I hated Heist.

Hmm, interesting. I'd assumed when they moved on to Heist they weren't going to revisit Dig. I definitely prefer Heist, but I wouldn't say no to another Dig.

The first game was great. If the sequel comes here, I will definitely buy it.

I loved Dig, but Heist is just not my type of game. So I'm really excited about a sequel to Dig. Hopefully it comes to GOG after the time-exclusive Switch release.

On topic, I don't think it will come here anytime soon as well, due to several half-IPs, but Bethesda DID bring over their near entire FO/Tes series here, so...

From the developer: "I think it's safe to say we plan to release this on GOG as well!"

This isn't necessarily confirmation of a day one release, but I'm confident that it will be worth whatever wait we may have.
