Thanks for your words. I understand that there could be a witch hunt against ungrateful users, but i would also assure you that it wasn't my case.
Ian wrote me at local night time: I replayed in the morning, but unfortunately he hasn't recived the email. I could have sent a PM here, but didn't want to press without any reason. I could have written here, but didn't want to claim a win I wasn't certain of: Steam says the game is unavaiable outside US, so I wasn't sure I could redeem it.

Hope this explains everything: I would also state that no post here or elsewhere has pissed me off, so let's extinguish the flame, ok? :-)

No, I think your reaction is okay, don't feel bad for this. I have currently one giveaway with status "awaiting feedback from the winner" for almost 2 days, but according to steamgifts profile page, this person were last online 2 days ago so I must wait patiently. :D

I think it was a normal reaction for someone that had that "issue" with BioShock Infinite, let's not forget that it wasn't a "walk in the park"... ;)

i stopped sending gifts through the email.

& dealt with someone trying to trade Steam Gifts that i made.
its hard to bounce back from that & not be paranoid from it, im also feeling that same way

i personally would like to see more thank yous, when sending out gifts.
cause otherwise its hard to know when people receive the gifts.
or at least people stating that they received it if they cant say thank you.
acknowledgement would be nice.
especially since the person that i had trouble with marked that they received it & instead, did not, but were rather using it as a trade
