What is the Steamgifts site? What is it's function?

Steamgifts is a website for gifting Steam games. It's primary function is to streamline the gifting process as opposed to you having to pick a winner it will pick one for you thereby being more random then you might otherwise be. It also partly helps insure that you are giving to "trusted" users more then just random key drops.
