Hello! I got a StarTrek contest message from GOG but I cannot find the message on the chat anymore :((( where I can check this?

Go to your chat. At the top of the screen there should be the text "Chat with" followed by a textbox, with a dropdown underneath it containing everyone you've chatted with before. Presumably one of the most recent ones (near the top) would be the one where a GOG employee gave you the key. (When I won a different contest, the key was given by SmollestLightGOG.)

If the first person you click on wasn't the correct one, you can either reload the page for the searchbox to show up again, or click on the big "+" on the left.
