Assuming you did spend the required amount (a bit under €13 from what I recall), you should contact support.
I got my email with the code in it almost instantaneously but being a weekend maybe it's a little slower??? I dunno.

One thing to double check (I know this likely isn't it but it's something I've done before so just thought I'd throw it out there) is to make sure you're checking the email you have registered with GoG. I have two emails that I use a lot, and on one of the sales where we got a free code I kept checking and checking and checking and was getting ready to be angry when I suddenly remembered that the email registered with GoG was the other one LOL. Again, I know that's probably not the case but since I did it thought I'd throw it out there.

Other than that the only thing I can suggest is waiting until Monday and if no email by then contacting support. Sorry, I know that's likely not the answer you wanted.

I have only 1 mail address tied to gog.

The amount spent was 19€.
