It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

As the title says... everytime there is an option to update Stalker 2 via GOG Galaxy - it downloads the full game anew (~115GB).

Is this by design? I would have expected it to only download the patch and that's enough. Is anyone else experiencing this?

For example I was on patch 1.1 and clicked on the update button and now this is what it looks like.

Probably explains why people complain about slow servers lately. Everybody downloading 115GB over a patch.

Just curious if you would see the small update in your web browser offline download section? Try that next patch.

Yes it sucks. Everytime dll the whole game.
imagine you have really bad internet like me and have to download this shit again and again.
I use Heroic and it only downloads the patch files for me.
Some patches are a relatively small file, while others can be almost as large as the game .. it varies.

I don't use Galaxy, so I don't know if it differentiates between a patch and an update.
