cogadh: Did you build the light saber or just get one as loot? If you haven't finished building one yet, as far as Kreia is concerned, you still don't have one.

It should be one of your active missions. You need to collect 3 components plus a focusing crystal (color crystal). It's pretty complicated, but there are multiple ways to do it. This walkthrough is fairly good:

Kreia has a dialoge option where she may train me in lightsaber combat. Everytime I speak to her about it she always says only until we get a lightsaber. But My character, Visas, and Kreia are already equipped with Lightsabers? Yet she still says we don't?

The webpage has a link to a dialog fix in the game that causes wrong influence (TSLRM should have fixed that but in case it is not, this fix is not incompatible).
