I'm seeing the same thing, but from the behaviour, it looks to me like a 'bundle' type deal: buy both and get 20% off. Or buy the soundtrack (upgrade) and get 20% off. But no discount for just the base game.

yeah this game looks cool as hell. it was on my radar then fell off of it. I thought I would've played it by now but still looks really cool.
