I mean, the recently re-emerged package. Is it identical to the old one? Is it still CENSORED (no children etc)? I am itching to buy it, but i need some clarification concerning. Thanks in advance.

Easy enough to un-censor, though it's still extremely stupid that you have to.

THE CHILDREN MUST DIE. I SHOOT THEM IN THE FACE. (not really, but, if I want to, I should be able to.)

I adore sex and violence and depravity of all kinds, but isn't it a little silly to cast off an entire game simply because they removed the ability to kill children?

Don't get me wrong, I think killing children is great, and if that was the point of the game I agree that its removal would be a sin, but it's Fallout. It's not about killing children. It's about killing every other mother fucker that keeps you from trying to reestablish civilization and save the human race.

So let it go, and purchase, and play. :D

That's what I was supposed to do? I spent most of my time in New Reno trying to become a boxing star and porn star, and repeatedly sleeping with a mob boss's wife. Oh yes, and I went on a date with Miss Kitty of the Cat's paw brothel. It was the good life I tell ya. Didn't give a hoot about saving the human race :P

My understanding is that there is no reason to buy the new versions if you already have the old. The games are identical, and the new versions (currently) lack the extras packaged with the old versions.

That's exactly what the children in the game do! So why can't I kill them as well? There was a bug where the children were still there but invisible and therefore you couldn't interact with them, but they could still pick pocket you just fine.
