Yep, definitely. I think that slowing down thing was adressed in a patch as well. It was a problem I noticed in Pandora Tomorrow already.

Why Doctor Doom of all villians to challenge Vader?

Another guy who seems like he's part robot, uses magic abilities granted by mystical mojo in their respective universe and are icons of evil for their respective universes?

I would say Doctor Doom seems the more Powerful villain.

Darth Vader does not appear to be as powerful as a DC/Marvel Superhero. Especially considering he is very handicapped by his Armor. His Sword Fighting is sluggish.

Also define what powers Doctor Doom has. He is also shown as a man with the power of Lightning.

Telepathy, force field generation, robotic control. I'll point out that I don't read Marvel comics (So I checked wikipedia), and I rather that Darth Vader would win. Given the circumstances however Dr. Doom has the advantage. He has no synthetic body parts, his suit apparently can let him survive in space and underwater and he has abilities to counter Vader's own force powers.

Solid Snake will win easy :P

Most likely since they showed Darth Vader first.

And he is more popular.

And who knows considering the OLD Star Wars Expanded Universe, They might have made him ridiculously OP in the EU which they WILL factor.
