Is there a specific reason why Ittle Dew 2 is not released on GOG yet?
Ittle Dew has been released here a long time ago.
It only makes sense to release Ittle Dew 2 here as well.
I only collect my games on GOG, as most of the gamers here too, and it seems like a waste for money.
Could You please release it here too?
There are a few reasons as to why games are not released here:

* GOG and the publisher haven't talked about it.
* GOG don't want the game here (for example, if they think the game is "too niche").
* The publisher don't want the game here (perhaps they haven't earned as much as they'd like from the GOG sales of earlier games, and would rather focus on Steam which has a greater userbase and thus more potential sales).
* There are technical problems with the game and GOG can't get it to work as well as they'd like.

I'm fairly certain the problem is neither the first or second of those, seeing how the first game is here. I would bet on the third.

Find a contact point to the developer and/or publisher (ie. find their Twitter, Facebook, e-mail, ...) and ask them about a GOG release. Tell them you'd prefer to purchase the game here over wherever the game is currently available.

ChrisGriffin: *snip*
A quick google pulls up this thread:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/ittle_dew_2_announced

May want to give it a skim as it appears to answer why the game is not here.

I see from other discussions linked to from that search that the game was released as "Steam exclusive". Not a whole lot you can do in that case.

Hope this helps

edit: Also it appears the publisher is Nicalis and they appear to not be interested in listing their games here at GoG.

I wrote an e-mail to the devs a while ago, telling them how much I liked their games and asking them politely why the more recent ones aren't available DRM-free on GOG or Humble Store. I never received a reply. My first assumption would be that it's due to the new publisher and they don't want to comment on the business related stuff in public or to just any random fan. On the other hand, Card City Nights 2 - which isn't available as officially DRM-free version either - seems to be self-published on Steam according to the description; it doesn't mention Nicalis as a publisher. So who knows what the real reasons are. I'd still recommend writing to the devs, even if there's a chance they won't give an answer, just so that they see that people care about this.
The reason is Nicalis. They obviously don't like their games being DRM-free. And that's a shame.

GOG rejected Ittle Dew 2 and other Ludosity games. Better keep voting I guess.

I voted, Hopefully gog reconsiders. I would really like card city nights 2 here , because I loved the first game.

Most of the gamers here are actually not GOG-exclusive buyers of games.

Rather, most tend to buy from Steam if the game they want isn't on GOG.

Yet more decent games wanted by the community that were rejected by GOG. Jesus...

We could always lie to GOG and say the games have big tiddies in them. These days, GOG seems to approve those games right away!

Edit: Uh oh, i've made the horny downvote cowards mad again.

I'd say we need less tits and more good games. Hope GOG reconsiders bringing Ittle Dew 2 here soon :(
We can have both and all. ;) Unless GOG rejected it because they have reason to believe they'd lose money on the release (spending money on lawyers for the contracts, I guess? Maybe some time spent compatibility testing too but this isn't a particularly old game), I hope they unreject this game and others!

I was gonna say... handpicked games? as i was reading the store page.. so those Hunniepop and nudity games i'm now seeing on the homepage are all handpicked?

Thats some wierd curation right there... it was bad enough on Steam at one point, so i had to turn it all off, to then more recently be blasted with hunniepop on the GOG store homepage was quite.. annoying since i can't just opt out of seeing those games...

Sure i have no issue with them.. but as a gamer i'm not playing to access nudes, they are not games i'm typically looking to play, they ain't really "games" as we would call them.. and are more about filling a specific fantasy.

Which is fine, but if i want to look for those, i would, i wouldn't need them thrown at me as the first thing i see on the storepage.

GOG staff, you really need your heads seeing too.

Did a little research on this subject and found Nicalis did worse with Ittle Dew 2 creator :( . Read his tweet here: https://twitter.com/reallyjoel/status/1238431974039093248

What an unacceptable behavior of this company!
