Another vote for Blade Runner.
Championship Manager 2!
Also Fallout 3, I don't care what people say, it is one of my favourite games of the last 10 years.

Plus every Amiga game ever released, even the crap ones.
No Atari ST games though.

If we are going other platforms I would +1 amiga and include some speccy games as well (some of which were awesome, and even sometimes beat the technically superior c64 such as the r-type port or rainbow islands port). There is something about spectrum games, and those unique sounds and graphics it had, that just cant be beaten for nostalgia for me.

Unfortunately I think it would get a bit complicated to include those.
The rest of the Sierra catalogue would make my day (Freddy Pharkas, Laura Bow 1&2, Shivers, Earthsiege series, Lighthouse, Rama, Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom, Dr. Brain series, 3D Ultra Pinball series, Conquest of the Longbow & Conquest of Camelot, Ecoquest, the list goes on and on). Not holding my breath for these as Activision seems to have lost all interest in Gog, but who knows, maybe one day.
In no particular order (off the top of my head)

Drakan - order of the flame
Myth 1 2 3 (hey!)
Wizards and warriors
Jones in the Fast lane
Beavis n Butthead in virtual stupidity
some more Star Trek stuff
Hardwar
Mad TV
Mechwarrior... er... all of them
Lots of Sid Meier related stuff
Sim[whatever]
Achtung! Spitfire
Captain Claw

Ouch. Now my head hurts. Too...much...to...list >_<

darthspudius: Funny, I just passed up a disc copy as good as new not more then an hour ago.
A SafeDisc v2 game, so possibly trickier (or impossible?) to get to work at least on Windows 10. Not sure if merely applying some noCD crack would fix that issue.

It was the re-release version. I know it runs fine of Win 7. I nearly bought it for the hell of it. Should of maybe of done it haha. Got a nice copy of Rune though.
Let's not forget about the Soldier of Fortune series.

Please GOG please get this game here. Please don't let it be just some forgetable indie game.

If they release it: please the original one and not the rerelease version (you know, the console version)...

EDIT: so NOT the BFG edition
