As the title says stardew Valleys creator has got a new game set up that is similar yet different it seems at the moment judging by this trailer of the game called '' Haunted Chocolatier '' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASlkM-mf1zk and I must say I hope it comes here as Stardew Valley when I got it and still em enjoying it .. As its a quality game with loads of content plus relaxing fun to it

It looks quite a bit like Stardew Valley, but the engine reskinned/retooled so it's less a homebrew harvest moon game.

Thats fair still I would go as far to say atleast the one one making it is the creator of Stardew Valley rather then someone riding the coattails of that game .. which side note this is ironically a prime time to do so as well I noticed the era of ''Binding of Isaac''' inspired games has seemingly came to a end and recently it seemed Stardew Valley inspired games has started to rise .. So perhaps the O.G creator wants in on this trend while the timing is right

Maybe. I've noticed a lot with Idea Factory they reuse the engine and basically make RPG games with basically the same combat system over and over, while models and story changes, though the games feel a little too similar to eachother. (Not too unlike Diablo series)

But if the gameplay is good enough, or the story is good enough, or there's enough different elements so you don't feel like you're just playing Stardew Valley but on the other side of the hill or something, then it's probably fine. Some games thrive on that, or just take the original game and go further than the original one had gone in some ways.

Still might be something to keep a lookout for.
