Elmofongo: I just want my dream Fantasy Sinlge Player RPG to be a big 3D open world with varried enviornments and where all the dungeons are of WOW quality (all the dungeons are different and huge) I don't want 250+ small dungeons that all use recycled assets like Morrowind. Better to have 25 dungones that are all unique and big.
Did you play Might and Magic VI? It has quite a lot of dungeons, with most of them being quite big and quite different. Those were the dungeons where you could actually get lost. Might and Magic series heavily inspired current MMOs much more so than any other game. You will see that by launching the game :)

I died from the first enemies I faced in any Might and Magic game.

And having at least seen Might and Magic VI to VIII, HOLY SHIT I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH TRASH/MOBS OF ENEMIES IN ONE FIELD ALONE!!!!'

Seriously in the starting village there was like 15+ Orcs just outside of it.

M&M VII had a battlefield full of trash.

How am I gonna safetly get through all that?

Your characters will get very hard time in the beginning (and that feels cool), but eventually they can become very powerful. We speak about no level cap here (well, it is at 16k+...), tons of buffs, mass nukes like Armageddon, etc. I especially underline MM VI, as it gives more freedom in character development and more interesting dungeons (and world is much bigger than in 7,8).

You will easily mass nuke those puny goblins at level 10+ :)

And you didn't see real things yet, you didn't see gong which summons 100 (literally) skeletons, you didn't see rooms with no empty space, full of liches, beholders, mages. etc. Now this is sick. But it only makes it more exciting to come back there X levels later and AoE everything to the ground (all zones respawn after some time).

But on start, don't pull all "trash" at once, lure them gently, few monsters at a time :)

Well let me read my Middle Earth books so I can get into the fantasy mood to play games like Daggerfall, Might and Magic, Ultima 7, and others (right now playing the whole Mass Effect Trilogy with all essential DLC on PC)

Eradicating tons of trashy mobs with fireballs or meteor showers is a big part of the fun in the MM games! But yeah, the first few hours when you don't have those spells can be tedious.

Man old school RPGs have all the fun. Armageddon spells in Ultima and Might and Magic? Does Wizardry and Bard's Tale have that?

Does Arena and Daggerfall have OP spells ;)

i think both Arena and Daggerfall has the option to buy fully-customisable spells. can be OP(or just efficient) with the right settings.
