Without more skilled staff I doubt it as its priority is several steps down on the list and they never have the time for it.

That's heart breaking. Would love to see more Linux support from GOG. Especially since, for all their faults, Steam has been killing it lately with the Proton/Steamplay progress.

Hell, I don't even need all that from GOG. Just a launcher to handle my downloads/installs for Linux supported titles.

There's Comet…which is also unofficial.

Yet they always find the time to make the overall website design worse. *le sigh*

Its been shelved indefinitely in 2017. Although I wish they would at least support proton on gog, that would make life so much easier for several games.

For example the newly released Book of Demons runs perfectly through Proton on Steam, even better then the native port the devs were developing so they shelved it for now, cause proton is so much better. And on gog you have no proton option for the game.
