it has something different than other games.
the puzzels, art, music and pretty much everything is great.
i dont know, these sort of games feel diffrent.
i just thought that it would be nice to get some ideas, but it looks like it's not working so well.

....That gives us no more info than we had. I'm not trying to be a dick, but come on describe what you liked, what genre, etc? I haven't played this game but maybe I've played something similar that you would like?
if someone who understands what i mean can give a better explenation, i would appreciate it.

How does the game play, can you describe the art style, the plot maybe, atmosphere, is it something like horror, fantasy, sci fi or...?

Okay, serious answers:

Botanicula
Book of Unwritten Tales 1 & 2
Bastion
Night of the Rabbit
Journey of the Roach
Shelter 1 & 2
I will say though my favorite point and clicks anyway, are usually horror. (Phantasmagoria 1 and 2, the 7th guest/11th hour, etc)

Titanium: Don't know what you would count as "smart" and "inspiring", but 'Brothers, a tale of two sons' counts in my book.
I second this, then add Botanicula as an obvious choice, and then Portal (not Postal) as a not so obvious choice because it's a completely different style, but I think that "the puzzels, art, music and pretty much everything is great"
finally!
thank you

Late to the party... but I've just finished Limbo and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. it's very unique and features some pretty clever puzzles -- if that's what you're looking for. I get the sense that you do. -- In addition, the atmosphere, the setting, sound and music are really wonderful, not unlike Machinarium.

Other (indie) games I can recommend for pretty much the same reasons:

- Braid (puzzle platformer like Limbo)
- Samorost 1, 2 and 3 (also point and click like Machinarium, but the gameplay is more simplistic. For example, in none of the games you have an inventory I believe. They're from the same developer as Machinarium)
