- At that time, I had no idea what the problem was with the Ninja Giveaway thread since I hadn't been around long enough. I was just thinking "Oh, gee, cool, a giveaway!" There was no way I COULD know. You have explicitly stated before that TBBOB is an "alternative" to the Ninja Giveaway thread. Therefore, it follows logically that I would stop participating in the Ninja Giveaway so I could participate in yours.
But, whatever. Ok. I won't participate in your giveaway. Problem solved.

Therefore, I'd like to ask that, if it comes down to the very end, nobody's asking for anything anymore, the thread turns into a hive of alt accounts (cue one of these idiots accusing me of being one), and just NOBODY will take them and you're dying to get rid of 'em, that I may have them. I can also give you/the thread some games in return, if you'd like.

Also, I feel that I should mention that I'm not sure DarkBase 01 is even redeemable anymore. The developer had some sort of meltdown and removed it from Steam."

- Obviously you haven't been paying much attention, amigo. About half of these games got moved to my giveaway. I took them because I knew people besides myself I thought would like them.
But even aside from that, I have NEVER taken anything without EXPLICITLY asking permission. Heck, I've even been ENCOURAGED by these people to take things. So let me get this straight, if there's a bucket marked "free", I'm suddenly the villain for taking from the bucket? All these people wanted was to make sure a game would go to somewhere that they'd be played. If that person is me, it's really no place of yours to judge me for taking what they offered. On top of that, I've given away plenty of games here myself, it's just that I've been silent about it. Ask around. I gift quietly.
As far as the 10-game post, I even offered to replace what I took with games from my collection, but Blarth turned down the offer.
As far as the post about scamming, since when have I actually done that? I was stating a hypothetical situation. All 200+ of those games are still up there. I haven't gone anywhere with them.

Yeah, whatever, you don't have to like me, but don't illogically accuse me of stealing from the "free" bin. I've always asked explicit permission, and these people could have very well turned me down if they so desired. I've done what I can to try to build up this community in a positive way, and you aren't going to stop me from doing that. And furthermore, next time you have an issue with me, PLEASE be mature enough about it to ACTUALLY come forward in an APPROPRIATE place to talk about it.

I repeatedly asked him to either PM me or make a separate thread for it. He refused.
And I can't PM him, he's changed his settings so that only people he's added to his friend list can do that.

Not 100% sure what the problems is between you two guys, but I think you're both better than this, no reason to go at each other for some minor differences (though I have to admit I don't know the full story, so what I say is based on what I've seen of you so far), the only ones who probably profit from this are the real scammers, who get a laugh out of it and have an easier time, with respected members infighting rather than working together to actually improve the community and make those arsehole's sorry lifes harder. Don't think Sachys allows PMs, so guess it's the only way zeo found.

Not even sure why he did that, as you're both pretty vocal anti-scammers and usually rather nice people from what I've seen.

Trust me, I feel the same that you do. However, if you've known Sachys' reputation, it's not very easy to get him to back down once he's gotten riled up.
I've decided to go ahead and address his concerns because if he's going about the forum accusing me, there's no doubt that others have these concerns as well. As somebody running a giveaway where a lot of codes pass through my hands, I feel that I have a responsibility to uphold to these people to show that I'm honest.

Yeah, I know what you mean, just hope he realizes that he might have just gone after the wrong target / guy sooner rather than later, before actual harm is done and things escalate too far...

In the end, I can only hope you two can sort things out calmly and civilzed.

Well he seems to be a non-stop all around fun guy. Especially I liked that thing when he said about 5 hours in dentist, some one asked something and he replied that it sucked. That was actually pretty good. ^^

Well this sucks. Especially since I consider you both to be "the good guys" around here. I'm not even really sure what all the drama is about, I mean why woul Sachys suddenly act like a jerk like that, derailing your thread. I hope you two cac reach some understanding. Not a very nice morning for me and this forum so far :P
