Hi ! i have installed SimCity4 Deluxe without problem but there is no plugins folder into my Documents.....cant i have custom content into the game?

I have an empty plugin folder in My Documents. You can create one yourself if you want. In any way I guess that if you install any plugin in the game probably that folder should be created

in fact there is a plugin folder (there are 4 png files already in there ) in the position that GOG installed the game....should i let the folder there or move it into my Docs ?

I guess that does not matter. If it is like like other games you can install the mods/plugins into "My Documents/simcity4" or into the plugin install folder. The plugin should be detected in any of them. No idea which folder has priority.
