I'd love to get some traction to get this one here. I've sent a message to the creators on Kickstarter. The game looks amazing as a pixel art Gothic metroidvania. It looks like it will be sort of a side-scrolling Bloodborne.

Is “pixel art gothic Metroidvania” a way of saying this is castlevania but we are not allowed to call it that. I mean it’s very very similar? Not a bad thing and it looks ok. Voted.

Well it is a metroidvania, set in a gothic setting, that is pixel art-y. I guess it is like Castlevania, but to me it looks incredible. I hope the final product is as good as the trailer looks.

EDIT: Just saw that the kickstarter is finished anyway. Good good, I wish the devs the best of luck and hope to play it if everything goes well.
