Gone Home and Dear Esther were both about 2-3 hours each for me. Enjoyable, but short.
I just played They Breathe yesterday and this morning. While the game encourages replayment - there's method to some of the madness that isn't apparent on the first time through - my first dive took 45 minutes, including dying and automatically reloading levels. One of the achievements is for a 20-minute run. It's a terrific little game; nothing changes on subsequent plays, but it makes more sense each time down, and it gets easier to evade and attack as you figure out what's going on.
So I can't mention Flappy Bird???

Ok, well, another game that took me unusually a short time was the text adventure: Wishmaster. Played it as a kid, and I will tell you my dad was not pleased. He didn't think it was a good value when I finished it in under a day!

Parents never understood PC gaming… :-D
Another vote for 30 Flights of Loving, which is 15-minutes'ish long. No complaints though.

(How the heck does someone finish To The Moon in an hour?)
"Pick Up The Phone Booth And Die".

It's a text adventure. You stand next to a phone booth. You pick it up, and you die.

There's a way to win the game by doing something a bit different. :)

Well, to win the game, you have to get the phone booth out of the way. But not by picking it up.
LaZorra's World:

"You find a sword."
( ) Hack the goblin in pieces with the sword.
"You win!"

On a somewhat more serious note, Rematch.
Its a toss up between:
GTA4 - brought full price, had to go through Cockstars help desk to get it to work, then it crashed after 5 mins and wasn't able to play it for years until recently with a crack, and then only for half an hour before i got really bored with the SA remake with slightly better draw distance.
Dark Souls - Totally the worst game ever, interface was so poor I spent half an hour trying to settings and such like. Graphics/story/combat all crap. Played for a half hour or so, then deleted, reinstalled some months later with a ton of mods, half hour and deleted - permanently this time.
Oh, and a passing mention to Halo 2, which not having Vista have never been able to play.

Blasphemer.
The Order 1886 (ps4), I had a serious WTF moment at the end, they didn't even finish the main story, let alone the side stories..
Tic-Tac-Toe, I lost the first game to someone who knew all the tricks.

No, to some computer that had all the taken positions and winning moves in it's database. The best I could do was get a "draw" or "cat's game" each time.
