Hi, in Screamer 2 the sound effects are too loud and I can hardly hear the music.

I don't own the game, so I can't check for myself, but Screamer 2 runs in DOSBox, no?
Shouldn't you be able to change/configure the audio settings for music/FX in DOSBox (separately)?
