Kekmeistor: Its a code for the witcher 3, ive contacted the seller to get my money back. Just gonna stick to what i know works and use steam.
Well, the only legal place to get a Witcher code is GoG. So it seems, as if you got ripped off by some shady key reseller.
GoG does deactivate keys that are sold in an illegal way. If you want The Witcher 3, then buy it on GoG!
No need for Steam, young Padawan. :-)
Nah, they're not stolen.
They're just fell off the back of a truck ; )

Yeah, definitely! :-)
Dident know keys from the type of site like g2a was stolen keys :o seemed like a legit site concidering most streamers support it.

Was hoping i could get the game for 20 euro. Tought 43 euro is a bit much for a game that's been out for a year. A student can dream.

Official resellers of Witcher 3 on PC are:
-gog.com
-Steam
-Uplay Shop
-Origin

Well just wait for a 50% on Witcher 3 at gog.com or Steam if you prefer it. The game is already quite old so it will definitely get discounted more heavily soon.

You didn't think it's Santa Claus himself selling leftovers for half of the price, did you?

As for why streamers support it - they get money from G2A for advertising them.

Always tought those sites bought the games in stock when they were on sale and sold them alittle higher in price.

I know one called SergiuHellDragoonHQ on youtube but never heard of people calling him out for using a site that sells stolen keys, guess they just don't know about it.

Fact is people don't care if the keys are stolen/genuine as long as they get them cheaper. They only start understanding the issues when the keys don't work and they can't get the money back.

The only keys on G2A I know were genuine were the preorder keys for Grey Goo since the devs themselves provided them and confirmed that they are genuine on live pre release twitch stream.

I also know Sergio on youtube. Actually played a game of 8-bit Armies against him a few days ago :) But yeah all profesionall youtubers are out for money primarly.
