I would prefer stay in gog than in steam, but I need a controller support for changes.

Is it possible from gog make the same than in steam - bigpictures?

Unfortunately, no, it isn't. You can, however, add a GOG game to your Steam library as a non-Steam game and customize your controller setup on Steam big picture.
