I have a big problem with you product !
The Witcher 3 when i try to install it, i get "-3 checksum error" message and your support not exist !

I go to "contact us" and there no contacts ! WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT IS THIS ?

I try to re-download and same error !
I WANT MY THE WITCHER 3 NO OR YOU'LL GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY !

The "Contact Us" link seems to work fine for me and there is even an FAQ for the Witcher 3 installation, all with the specific problem you have. You can find it here:

To quote: "Your files must have become damaged while downloading. We do not advise downloading manually through a browser, as this offers no error protection."

Use the gog downloader, it's the safest option right now in my opinion if you have stability issues with your connection. And don't use caps everywhere, contrarily to what you may think, it doesn't make people want to help you more.

I actually thought that might be one of the problems, the error screwed up his caps lock button or something.

He likely has one of the myriad editions of The Witcher 3 which are currently not available for sale on the site and initially clicked on the support link in his library. In which case he hit item <span class="bold">014</span>. The FAQ links however still work properly.
