AlexZeusMercer:
I haven't seen everything that was announced at E3 but here is a list of games I'd like to see sequels for, some of which are publicly known to be in the works, others are just me in fantasy land...

Count me in for:

The Witcher 4
Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord
Mafia 3
No One Lives Forever 3
Torchlight 3
The Elder Scrolls VI: <whatever>
Halflife 3
Portal 3
The Godfather 3
Postal 4 (By the way, I see Postal 3 is on your list but that game already exists and is rather terrible)
The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth 3
Tomb Raider <insert sequel name or number here>
Tex Murphy 7 <insert subtitle here>
Goat Simulator 2
Duke Nukem Fivever
Iron Sky 2
Dragonsphere 2
I'd like to see somekind of sequel to Spec Ops: The Line. Not a sequel in the sense that it continues the story or something but more like spiritual successor on another topic than war. Or something. I can't really explain it but I loved that game and want more of something similar.

At the moment I'd also like to see:
Mafia 3 (Hopefully becomes reality soon considering current news!)
Half-Life 3 (Just give me the the rest of that bloody story!!!!!!)
Spore 2

I probably want something more on top of this but I can't think of anything right now.

did you know the story form spec ops the line was from a book?
Battlefield Bad Company 3 with similar health system to the first one, better weapons, and a prone position
Warcraft 4
Psychonauts 2 or something like it
Bastion 2 or something like it
Super Mario RPG 2 or something that was like it instead of Paper Mario or Mario & Luigi
An actual 3D Kirby meaning with actual 3D gameplay
Radiata Stories 2
Terranigma 2 or at least a new entry in the Soul Blazer series with similar gameplay to Terranigma
Kameo 2 (the first one was the best launch title of the Xbox 360)
Icewind Dale 3

I figured while playing that they must have gotten at least some inspiration to the story from Apocalypse Now/Heart of Darkness and such and I really like that! What impress me most about the story though is how well they managed to get it to work with gameplay and break the 4th wall. It's an amazing and unique game, I really hope someone makes something that will have the same impact on me as The Line.

I've yet to finish Zeno Clash II (it's a bit too laggy in a few places) but I would love to hear the news that a new Zeno Clash was in the works. Zeno Clash II was zone based open world with side quests and maintained the fever dream uniqueness and great melee of the first game, so I'd love to see what the devs could do with a third installment.

what ive read on their forums they are definitely going to make a third one
dont want to spoil anything you will get to the end much answers will be answered even from the first game
and the third could be a different game at all you will see what i mean.. ;)
Parasite Eve III, Dino Crisis III.

Yes, I know about Dino Crisis.

III
Games only or movies?

I'd really like to see an A.I. 2, where the human robot gets "un-oceaned".
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3.
With the mechanics and feel of the the two games that came before it. Oh, and no Digital Rights Management.

It won't happen, ever. But I would pay 1000 bucks for it.
Hand of Fate II

More cards, more choices, enhanced interaction.

Give me $1000 and I'll pave your road to hell with good intentions. :)

Yep! Together with Valiant Hearts it is my favorite game when it comes to the ending. Though I'd say The Line have 4 possible endings depending on how you count instead of 3 (that's a discussion for another thread though since it may spoil the game for those who haven't played it).

Another "sequel" I want:
Valiant Hearts is a game I'd like to see somekind of DLC for instead of a sequel. It's an excellent game that, just like Spec Ops: The Line, is so good because it is so unique. I suspect a sequel may take away the magic of the first one that really don't need a sequel, but a short, reasonably priced DLC/Expansion Pack could make the base game even better. I'm imagining something like Half-Life 2: Ep. 1/Ep. 2, a bit more story and a few new gameplay elements and it'll be a classic to stand the test of time!
I want the real versions of these games

- swkotor 2
- space quest 6
- starcon 3
- Master of Orion 3

Games that I know will never be made :-(

- Julian Gollops X-com reboot
- Alpha Centauri 2
- Leisure Suit Larry 8
- A faithful Kings Quest reboot/sequel
- A faithful Thief game
etc
