On the main page it says, "Missed a Daily Deal? Time for second chances!" But what they're currently giving away is SOMA. Does that mean that they'll give away Full Throttle Remastered again, and if so, does anyone know when?

No I think you might have misunderstood. Soma is not a "daily deal" and nor was Full Throttle. They were one-off freebies/giveaways. If you still want a copy of Full Throttle, zeogold's GOG Giveaway thread might still have a code left.
You're a contributing member, I don't see you being declined unless you've already met your quota on the thread already (in fact being daggered, there is no "hard" quota involved).
