I have recently downloaded Empire Earth II Gold Edition. I have a dell PC running windows 10.
The game downloaded fine, starts up fine. functions and buttons seem to work. The issue is that I can not get to the bottom 1/5 of the screen, where most of the commands are. I have looked through settings and tried what I can but I have not been able to fix the issue. I have tried changing resolution settings, changed window size, hide taskbar, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried on different users accounts on same pc
