I'm having a technical issue with the screen size of the original fallout game. Please forgive me I'm not very computer savvy. I'm hoping you'll help and not make fun of me.

The issue is this. Simply put the edges of the game are not visible because it appears the game is running bigger than my physical screen. I've attempted to change around resolutions but nothing seems to change at all once I start the game. otherwise the game seems to be running just fine. I just need to get it to fit my screen.
Help please.
