Breja: Dude!? Hating on KISS? Bogus!

Also, for a bonus Jack Kirby/Hanna-Barbera fueled KISS mindfuck- enjoy!

Elmofongo: Eh KISS has already sold itself out a LONG TIME AGO.
I would imagine Gene has no problem with that. :P In fact, I'm surprised he hasn't tried to take credit for inventing it.

"KISS created selling out. No one sold out before we came along. In fact, no one came along before we came along. KISS created coming along. Before us there was nothing. In fact, there wasn't even nothing. KISS created nothing. There was no nothing before we created it."

Outland (1982), soundtrack by Jerry Goldsmith.
Start Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991) by Cliff Eidelman, definately some Holst influences there.

Elmofongo: Lets just say I got bored of the GOG community and visited other forums that can discuss broader topics that just games.

Matewis: Frankly I'd like to see more gaming related discussions on here, but I think a select few assholes are souring the general mood on the forum. Still, there are lots of awesome members still hanging around here :P

Some more examples: The end titles of some of these well known sci fi films might also qualify:
Independence Day
Krull
Superman sort of
The Rocketeer
Gattaca
Well, at least someone mentioned Krull. Probably one of the best movie soundtracks of all time.

Each to his fate, Matewis. Each to his fate.

Each to his fate? Google tells me it is a Krull quote :) I have to admit I haven't seen the film yet, but I know of it because I often spend time hunting down beautiful original soundtracks. And for some reason lots of 80s fantasy/sci-fi films have absolutely incredible music.

The movie on its own is a B- at best. With James Horner's soundtrack it becomes an A+. Trust me. Go watch it. You'll dig it. It's actually aged quite well, so long as you ignore all the Star Wars ripoff moments.

Oh yes it's definitely on my list, right next to Willow
